Buying a home in Jamaica requires thorough documentation to comply with legal and agency requirements. Below are your key documents. Customer Information Form (CIF)
Your basic profile and identification data needed to engage with a licensed realtor.
Proof of Funds (POF)
For Mortgage Buyers: Mortgage Pre-approval Letter: From your lender showing the loan amount you qualify for.
For Cash Buyers: Proof of Funds: Bank or investment statements showing you have the funds to purchase the property.
Offer to Purchase (OTP)
Your formal purchase offer once you've selected a property.

Step 1: Prepare Your Personal Documents
Please gather the following notarized or certified copies to verify your identity and financial standing:

Proof of Identity: A certified copy of your Passport, Driver’s Licence, or National ID.

TRN Card: A certified copy of your Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) card.

Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (within the last 3 months) or a notarized proof of address letter.
Step 2: Complete the Required Forms
Fill out the necessary forms so we can officially represent you and understand your needs.
