For Owners: Seller Listing & Compliance Documents
To sell your property effectively and legally, you will need the following:
Customer Information Form (CIF)
Your basic profile and identification data needed to engage with a licensed realtor. Depending on ownership, provide the correct CIF form.
Download: Individual (CIF) | Download: Corporate (CIF)
Proof of Ownership: Copy of the Copy Title including Volume and Folio numbers to establish your authority to sell the property.
Multiple Listing Agreement for Sale (MLS)
Authorizes licensed realtors, and their respective licensed brokerage to market your property across multiple platforms to maximize exposure.
Property Input Form
Accurate property details including location, size, amenities, pricing, and photos to attract the right tenants.

For Home Sellers: Your Guide to Listing Your Property
To list your property for sale with us and ensure a smooth, professional process, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Gather Your Documents
Start by collecting the necessary paperwork to establish your identity and ownership.

Certified Identification: Provide two certified copies of a government-issued ID (Passport or Driver’s License) and your TRN card.

Proof of Ownership: Submit a certified copy of your property Title (showing the Volume and Folio number).
Step 2: Complete the Required Forms
Fill out the following forms to give us the details we need to market your property effectively.

Customer Information File (CIF): This provides us with your essential contact and details.

Property Input Form: This gives us all the important information about your home to create an attractive listing.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Agreement: This authorizes us to list and market your property to the widest possible audience of buyers and other real estate agents.
Step 3: Submit Everything to Us
Once your documents are ready, send them to us to get the process started.

Digitally (Recommended): Sign the forms digitally using Adobe Reader (by drawing your signature) and email all documents as a single PDF to contact@jamaicarealestateservices.com.
